Point of Use Filter Training for NHS Staff

Point of Use Filters form an important part of an effective Water Safety Strategy. Protecting patients, staff and visitors from waterborne pathogens until safe engineering controls can be implemented. It is important that our customers understand how to handle and manage our products to ensure that they deliver the required level of infection control.

We delivered three Awareness Training Sessions to more than forty NHS staff across three hospital sites at the Southern Health Social Care Trust, Northern Ireland. Training included;

  • Filter guidance
  • Technology
  • Operating parameters
  • Installation
  • Cleaning
  • Electronic Asset Tracking and;
  • Disposal of T-Safe Filters

We offer this service free of charge to all our NHS customers. To help increase awareness amongst Estates, Domestic and Infection Prevention and Control Teams. As training ensures continued effective safeguarding of patients and end users.
